Our bar is the heart of the pub. With only two tables, seating is cosy but has a wonderful atmosphere come rain or shine. We serve a range of real ales, local lagers, ciders and have a well stocked spirits selection. The bar menu is available 12-8:30pm daily and is perfect for a small snack after a big walk. The Snug, next to the bar is bookable for the dining room menu, but also serves as extra seating when available. The table next to the window was purportedly Laurie Lee's favourite spot to sit, overlooking the Slad Valley.
